Dear Blogger,
I'll see summerrr soon! I'm not too excited for the 125 degree weather but I'm so excited for the midnight adventures and all the pool jumping and ice blocking and the long drives to the peir and paddle boarding and surfing and sand castles and Knotts and my birthdays and Hawaii and shopping at Victoria Gardens! Summer nights spent with, hopefully, Brennan and his fam. Sleeping on the beach, the peir at night time<333, the glowing jelly fish..oh I loveeee summer.<3
Hoping this summer will top last, even though that seems nearly impossible. I think if you counted all the months I've been "restricted" as my mom likes to put it, it would be almost three years all together.
Coachella Fest. Biggest, best outdoor 3-day concert in America and guess who had tickets? ME. This year's line up was THE BEST line up in the history of Coachella Fest and I HAD TICKETS! But guess who's also a dumbass? Me. My father is like the CIA or something. Somehow he finds out about me and my dear sister smoking some Mary Jane and sells our Cochella tickets. FUCKMYLIFE. Let me show you the line up.
introductions, to whom..you?
If God is watching us, then the least we can do is be entertaining. I can defintely say I'm entertaining the big guy. Haha, wow that sounded wrong. So far, spring break has been just great. Tomorrow I'm going down to Rancho Las Palmas Spa to relax for awhile. Then walking acorss the street to the River to watch a movie with some cool cats. Thursday, I'm going to Santa Monica with my bestfriend to do some retail therapy (; Then, I'm going to sneak away for the night on Friday with a boy toy. Fun fun fun week planned out for me! Then again, nothing goes as planned.
the number one thing i somehow find myself explaing to people is my religion. i don't have a religion exactly, its more like a beleif. i'm a unitarian universlist. a unitarian universalist is the beleif, obviously, in the universe. we beleive in the the responsibility of ourselves to create our own spiritual path. we beleive in free liberal thinking, we excercise the power to contradict statements and to second guess them. Basically there are seven principles which Unitarian Universalist congregations affirm and promote:
- The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
- Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
- Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
- A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
- The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
- The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
- Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
I can't sleep. My eyes just won't close and if they do, my mind just won't drift. Every time I do get some normal hours of sleep, I have these terrible nightmares. Nightmares of my sister dying in some way, constant terrible floods, drug overdosing, insane asylums, falling into a freezing river and lastly the end of the world. In that dream, I watch my family, friends, boyfriend all die before my eyes and I'm the last person on Earth. I hate sleeping. My dreams aren't an escape, well..I don't need an escape. I just need some normal sleep.
